Sr. Functional Analyst

About the role

This full-time, onsite position in Houston, TX involves gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring systems, and supporting integrations as a Sr. Functional Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and maintain system records, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain business automations and system configurations.
• Support integrations with external systems and participate in solution design and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in system implementation, configuration, and customization.
• 3 years of professional software development experience with languages like C, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects from requirements to production.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
