Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead enterprise-level business and technology transformations. This role involves managing a large portfolio of OCM projects, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving the successful adoption of change initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of functioning in ambiguous circumstances with competing priorities and providing strategic direction for IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful adoption of business and technology transformations by leading enterprise-level organizational change initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and implementation plans, including stakeholder analysis, executive alignment, and communication.
- Provide hands-on coaching and advisory support to front-line leaders to ensure consistent change leadership across the organization.
- Drive strategic IT engagement by managing programs such as IT Townhalls, technical trainings, CIO Roundtables, and new hire onboarding.
- Manage CIO communications and speaking engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and business priorities.
- Serve as a strategic leader for high-impact initiatives that shape the future of IT operations, fostering collaboration with IT Leaders to scale best practices.
- Provide oversight of key operational platforms, including systems for contingent labor management and labor cost analysis.
- Manage the technical training program, working with vendors to provide appropriate training and handling the administration of training portals.
Required Qualifications
- A strong leader capable of influencing executives, navigating organizational dynamics, and operating effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
- Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences.
- 5+ years of experience managing people.
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management is preferred, with a strong understanding of OCM principles and the ability to work independently.
- Experience leveraging data and digital tools to track engagement, measure adoption, and optimize outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing relationships with IT contract labor suppliers to ensure performance, cost-competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with facilitating labor-related sourcing and contracting processes across IT, working with various internal teams.
- Experience in facilitating annual planning and budgeting for new resources to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Proficiency in managing contractor conversion processes, including planning, financial implications, and hiring coordination.
- Willingness to manage and grow into responsibilities related to the labor vendor ecosystem and IT labor planning.
