OCM Sr. Manager

About the role

The OCM Sr. Manager role provides expert guidance on organizational change initiatives and leads the development and execution of customized People & Organization and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies. This position drives employee adoption, enhances business outcomes, and supports both client success and internal practice growth through leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to global clients on change initiatives.
• Develop and lead comprehensive OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Drive faster adoption and increased utilization of changes to achieve business results.
• Manage change readiness, adoption measurement, and monitoring.
• Design and manage networks of change advocates.
• Apply best practice OCM methodologies tailored to client needs.
• Identify innovative approaches to accelerate client change journeys.
• Coach and mentor consulting staff to high performance.
• Support business development through solution design and client proposals.
• Build internal networks to expand business opportunities.
• Participate in hiring processes and candidate evaluations.
• Contribute to development of thought leadership and consulting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in Big 4 or boutique consulting, including practice growth and client advisory.
• At least 5 years leading medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams up to 20 members.
• Certified in Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent OCM certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must reside in the US.

Pay

Starting pay range for this remote role is $125,000.00 to $256,000.00, depending on work location, experience, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation.
