OCM Sr. Manager

About the role
As a Senior Leader in the People & Organization Consulting Practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.
- Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
- Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
- Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
- Coach, manage, and mentor consulting talent at various levels to high-performance / high results.
- Support leaders in business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing.
- Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
- Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
- 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships.
- Developed pricing estimates and presentations that drove business development efforts.
- 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
- 2 or more years’ experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
- Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Must reside in the US.
Preferred Skills
- 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
- Impressive communication skills with the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
- Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
Pay
The starting pay range for this remote role is $125,000.00–256,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
