Sr Mgr Commercial Training, Neuroscience

About the role

The Senior Manager Commercial Training will oversee the operational function of Teva’s Neuroscience training for sales colleagues. This individual will be part of a key launch for Teva.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch readiness activities by leading or supporting initiatives such as training content development, national meetings, plan of action meetings, live workshop facilitation, and certification programs to ensure field force preparedness for launching product.
• Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of programs and initiatives that enhance and leverage neuroscience knowledge for sales colleagues.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify needs and/or development opportunities and address them with learning solutions that enhance the personal and professional effectiveness of the sales force and sales management.
• Align with sales and marketing leadership in planning to launch solutions at optimal times and overseeing the use of strategic communications to ensure maximum “uptake” of programs.
• Develop and execute strategic training and development plans.
• Evaluate classroom curriculum and work with training leadership to keep training current and relevant for the field.
• Leverage emerging training innovations when appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, sales leadership or training/development
• Minimum of 4 years home office therapeutic training experience of field experience strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in Neuroscience preferred
• Intimate knowledge of the relationship between sales, sales leadership, marketing, and training
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated group facilitation and classroom presentation skills
• Ability to perform in high pressure and fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Leverage emerging training innovations when appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes

Pay

The annual starting salary for this position is between $137,760- $180,810 annually.

Schedule

This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.
