Sr Mgr, Professional Education and Training

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy and methodology for various programs
• Engage and influence KOLs for strategic messaging
• Create and manage training documents and educational tools
• Launch and execute existing and new programs and trainings
• Implement tactics for large scale programs
• Manage vendor relationships
• Measure effectiveness of educational tools and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 10+ years experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare, or equivalent based on criteria
• Master's Degree with 8 years experience preferred
