Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing
About the role
As our business continues to grow, we need a supply chain leader who can connect commercial demand, manufacturing execution, procurement strategy, and inventory performance into one integrated plan. The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing will develop and lead end-to-end planning and sourcing activities across our Consumer-Packaged Goods business, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to customers while optimizing costs, inventory, and working capital. This role is critical to balancing the realities of food manufacturing—including demand fluctuations, ingredient availability, production constraints, and commodity market volatility—while driving scalable processes that support future growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and helping the organization make informed, data-driven decisions.
Who you'll be working with
Based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office, and reporting to the General Manager of Consumer-Packaged Goods, you'll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Plant Leadership, Quality, Logistics, and Research & Development to align demand, supply, and business objectives. You'll build strong relationships with suppliers, co-manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable sourcing, efficient production, and exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role that serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, helping teams work together to achieve business goals while navigating the complexities of a growing and fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Who you are
You are a hands-on supply chain leader who enjoys building strategy and making it happen. You bring experience across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory management, and food manufacturing, with the ability to move between executive discussions and day-to-day problem solving. You are equally comfortable evolving new processes, negotiating with suppliers, reviewing inventory positions, supporting manufacturing teams, and resolving supply disruptions. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift, decisions matter, and leaders are expected to roll up their sleeves alongside their teams. You are a collaborative and influential partner who builds strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Logistics. With a continuous improvement mindset, you lead through change, develop high-performing teams, and create alignment across the organization while maintaining a relentless focus on service, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
