Sr. Manager, Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Support the development and continuous improvement of a scalable, flexible supply chain model that enables program growth across multiple platforms.
Manage core supply chain functions, including sourcing, category management, demand planning, MRP, logistics, supplier quality, and commercial contracting.
Lead a team of highly accountable Buyers across key supply chain domains (planning, sourcing, materials, supplier development) with clear ownership and performance metrics.
Execute commercial agreements, vendor terms, and sourcing strategies, and drive supplier performance through onboarding, tiering, scorecards, and risk-mitigation strategies.
Ensure supply chain compliance with FAA regulations through supplier qualification, traceability, and documentation discipline.
Maintain ERP/MRP accuracy and process discipline using NetSuite or similar tools, and support implementation of supply chain data, tools, and reporting systems that improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.

Requirements
7–10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in aerospace or adjacent regulated industries.
Experience operating in both structured aerospace environments and fast-moving, high-change organizations such as startups or new product ventures.
Strong background in supplier strategy, sourcing, and contract execution.
Familiarity with FAA regulatory environments, including PMA (Part 21) and repair station operations under Part 145.
Hands-on experience implementing or significantly upgrading ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite deployment, BOM structuring) in a growing organization.
Qualifications
Experience scaling a supply chain from development/prototype through rate production, including supplier industrialization and capacity planning.
Proven success driving supplier strategies and category management initiatives that improve cost, quality, delivery, and lead times.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $160,000
