Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence objectives.
  • Build scalable supply chain processes and organizational capabilities to support expanding manufacturing operations.
  • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives focused on capacity utilization, inventory optimization, service level improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the supply network and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to develop accurate demand and supply plans.
  • Drive executive decision-making through data-driven analysis and scenario planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of planners and customer operations professionals.
  • Establish clear performance objectives aligned with organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical or contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and demand/supply alignment.
  • Experience in a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), contract manufacturing, or complex make-to-order manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)-controlled materials is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting rapid business growth and organizational scaling initiatives.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
