Sr. Manager S4 HANA Manufacturing Execution Systems Integrations Analyst (Remote)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of Requirements Specifications for SAP-MES
• Collaborate with business and consultants to define interface requirements
• Design and implement solutions leveraging S4 HANA
• Facilitate end-to-end process mapping of integrations
• Gather Requirements and manage Configuration and Testing of integration technologies
• Liaise across teams for successful Digital Technology deliverables
• Create and maintain key project documents like Configuration Design and Test Plans

Qualifications

• University Degree with 10 years of experience, or Advanced Degree with 7 years, or 14 years of relevant experience without degree
• Hands-on experience with S4 HANA to MES integration
• Proficient in designing interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules
• Familiarity with large-scale A&D enterprise projects or regulated industries
• Experience with agile software development frameworks

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
