Associate Director - S4 HANA Digital Operations Manager (Remote)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration and go-live for the Corporate Enterprise Hub
• Assist the Corporate SAP team during the implementation sustainment phase
• Manage ongoing change requests and associated metrics
• Complete special projects related to the Enterprise Hub
• Collaborate with teams within and outside the organization to ensure alignment
• Travel for project rollout, estimated at 25-50%
• Facilitate communication across key stakeholders regarding project status

Requirements

• University Degree with 12 years of experience, Advanced Degree with 10 years, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Expertise in SAP ERP solutions and digital technology systems implementation
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes like G/L, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
• Experience leading SAP integrations with other systems like Workday
• Familiarity with Corporate and Enterprise Service functions for finance and accounting

Pay

$157,200 – $298,800 annually
