S/4 HANA Business Analyst - Quality Management (Remote)

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance within the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from multiple business units for standardized functions
• Align quality processes across business units and promote standardization
• Utilize deep expertise in SAP Quality Management functionalities for process improvements
• Configure SAP systems to effectively support quality processes
• Support data mapping, validation, and testing activities in collaboration with teams
• Write functional specifications for system enhancements and workflows
• Mentor less experienced team members in quality processes

Requirements

• University Degree with 8 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience in a relevant field, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP systems
• Expertise in SAP Quality Management covering material master and quality records

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
