About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the quality of our software products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and report findings to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to organizational excellence. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working as a QA Tester
• 2-3 years of experience testing web-based applications
• Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation
• Understanding of the agile development lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with team members effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and driven approach
• Ability to read and interpret workflow diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation to understand testing requirements, environments, and objectives
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications
• Execute manual test plans to evaluate functionality, reliability, stress, and compatibility of applications
• Utilize standardized testing tools and procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficiency
• Document, troubleshoot, and track issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordinating with users and providing necessary training
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to promote quality standards
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and report on testing progress and overall product quality to management
• Raise and escalate outstanding issues through established project management channels
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
