Sr. Manager R2R Accounting & Reporting

Major Accountabilities

• Select technical accounting, manage month-end closings, and oversee financial reporting.
• Ensure high-quality financial statement footnote disclosures and refine process for efficiency.
• Interact proactively with functional areas in the organization, including FRA, BPA, Group Finance, P&O, Treasury, and others.
• Complete monthly account analyses and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with client standard policies and international accounting standards.
• Be a subject matter expert for ERP systems (SAP) and payroll systems (ADP).
• Be a subject matter expert for reporting tools (FCRS, IBI, BPC, etc.).
• Prepare or review balance sheets for select entities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to senior accountants.
• Support the team and business stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses and activities as needed.
• Show project management capabilities to help support system upgrades.

• Customer satisfaction of service delivery and process-specific KPIs.
• Minimal financial impact from audits and timely execution of action plans.
• Standardize business processes and deliver business benefits and productivity improvements.
• Savings and cost avoidance identified and implemented.
• Stable services, including outsourced operations, with no control issues.
• Support process standardization, automation, and innovation.
• Achieve finance excellence for US R2R.

Education and Experience

• University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance or Accounting/ MBA desirable.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, or Chartered Accountant desirable.
• Limited financials impact from audit and timely execution of action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in accounting and reporting-focused roles.
• Solid depth and expertise in SAP knowledge required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong process design experience with demonstrated ability to organize high-volume and complex activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience of managing projects driving performance (e.g., ERP implementation).
• Good people skills and leadership exposure.
• Strong communications skills.
