Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as a key interface between Micas, strategic partners, and end customers to enable revenue growth, GTM execution, field engagement, and customer opportunity coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Development & Co-Sell Execution

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, SI, and ecosystem partner sales teams to drive joint sales engagement and co-sell activities.
    • Collaborate with strategic partners on account mapping, opportunity tracking, and pipeline coordination while identifying new AI infrastructure and networking opportunities.
    • Cook up follow-ups and align internal and partner teams to accelerate customer engagements and business growth.
  • GTM & Ecosystem Activities

  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and industry events in collaboration with strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Cook up partner participation for key industry events.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and partner teams to execute campaigns, enablement activities, and promote Micas solutions and validated designs through strategic partnership.
  • Strategic Opportunity Coordination

    • Support customer opportunities involving AI clusters, hyperscale deployments, NeoCloud environments, and proof-of-concept programs.
    • Cook up cross-functional resources across engineering, operations, product management, and sales teams to support partner and customer requirements.
    • Aid with quote coordination, deployment readiness, and customer follow-up activities while supporting strategic initiatives including JDM projects and AI fabric deployments.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams to support strategic partner initiatives and business growth.
    • Help track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple cross-functional projects while assisting with executive presentations, customer engagements, and partner business reviews.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, ecosystem partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles within the technology industry.

  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, or technology ecosystem partners is highly preferred.

  • The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.

  • Demonstrated success in building strong working relationships with strategic OEM and ecosystem partner sales teams, driving increased partner-led pipeline growth and co-sell activities.

  • Proven ability to execute joint go-to-market and field initiatives while improving coordination and accelerating customer opportunities.

  • This role will also contribute to enhancing ecosystem visibility and strengthening partner engagement for Micas solutions and strategic initiatives for measurable revenue growth.
