The Sr. Partner Manager at Ivo is responsible for owning and driving significant revenue through strategic partner relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Own a book of Ivo's most strategic partners
  2. Carry a partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue number that materially impacts the company plan
  3. Build and run multi-year joint business plans
  4. Lead complex co-sell motions end to end
  5. Negotiate commercial terms within partner programs
  6. Use AI tooling end to end
  7. Demo Ivo Intelligence, Review, and Assistant credibly to partner sellers, partner solutions architects, and end-customer legal and procurement audiences
  8. Mentor Partner Managers on the team

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 3-6 years in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or direct enterprise sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • A demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing significant ARR through partners
  • Sharp commercial instincts and a clean forecast
  • Strong executive presence and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in CRM and partner ecosystem tooling
  • Experience with AI tools and the ability to confidently demo Ivo products
  • Crisp, structured prose writing skills
