Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and product sales.
Community Management
Support Community Manager role in monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and managing online reputation.
Analytics and Reporting
Use data-driven insights to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure successful execution across channels.
Identify and Implement AI and Platform Tools
Identify and implement AI and platform tools that streamline social and influencer workflows, improve creative and performance insights, and enable scalable execution.
Qualifications
- 6+ years leading influencer marketing (primary), organic social, paid social, and content marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end influencer/creator programs, from strategic foundation to execution, spanning nano through macro influencer partnerships.
- Strong creative judgement with a performance mindset, translating insights, trends, and data to impact platform-native storytelling through testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
- Proven senior-level ownership and execution, able to drive work end to end with sound judgment, minimal oversight, and a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Strong people and cross-functional leadership experience, including setting goals, coaching performance, and building trust across functions.
- Deep understanding of all major social platforms, content creation tools, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform compelling content, strategic narratives.
- Experience managing budgets and external partners (agencies, creators, vendors) with clear briefs, feedback, accountability, and thoughtful stewardship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience with prompt-based interaction and commonly used AI tools, especially for tasks like ideation and research.
