Responsibilities
- Aid in identifying, implementing, and maintaining advanced HR technology solutions across various platforms.
- Lead HRIS systems projects from selection through implementation, including planning, organization, testing, training, customizations, and communication of new systems and technology solutions.
- Contribute to the development and vision of strategies for departments, partnering with key stakeholders and HR peers to address HR strategic, operational, and regulatory compliance needs.
- Support HR users/customers and IT support or vendors for HR systems, identifying and analyzing problems and assisting in implementing solutions.
- Simplify and summarize complex processes, procedures, and issues for a more accessible audience.
- Recommend technology solutions to enhance HR productivity, quality, and efficiency; provide user-friendly interfaces for Eisai employees.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and evaluate the impact of new strategies and programs.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in database/information system management or a similar role, preferred.
- Strong Workday experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes, performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools.
- Proven experience with business intelligence tools, including reporting and dashboards, preferred.
- Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.
- Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration.
- Strong digital savvy to influence others on the use of new technologies and processes.
- Proven performance in previous roles.
