Sr Manager - Franchise Recruiting & Engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Growth
- Collaborate with the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP), Franchise Consultants, and Advisors to boost engagement and accelerate practice growth.
- Lead the annual business planning process, ensuring high participation and meaningful goal-setting across the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to create and implement change, drives results, and holds others accountable
- Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions
- Strong project management and strategic execution skills
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
- Willingness to travel 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and advisor recruiting
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Familiarity with multi-office or remote team support
Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Franchise Recruiting and Engagement, you’ll be at the heart of our franchise territory’s success—partnering with field leaders and franchisees to recruit top talent, support advisor development, and drive strategic growth initiatives. This Role will support the Southern California territory in the Pacific West. If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.

Pay
Base Pay
The estimated base salary for this role is $115,000 - 145,000/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
