Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with franchise leadership to enhance engagement and drive growth
  • Lead recruiting initiatives for novice and experienced advisors and franchise staff
  • Design and implement tailored onboarding plans for new advisors
  • Support field leaders and advisors with strategic resources and tools
  • Manage diverse sourcing strategies and candidate screening processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong project management and strategic execution skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Willingness to travel 20%
