Responsibilities
- Collaborate with franchise leadership to enhance engagement and drive growth
- Lead recruiting initiatives for novice and experienced advisors and franchise staff
- Design and implement tailored onboarding plans for new advisors
- Support field leaders and advisors with strategic resources and tools
- Manage diverse sourcing strategies and candidate screening processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management and strategic execution skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel 20%
