Sr Manager, Enterprise and Business Performance Analytics (CPG)

About the role

Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business performance across enterprise and business units. Oversee the integration of data from various sources to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear and compelling visualizations and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies such as SQL, Hadoop, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
