Sr Manager, Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that supports the company’s financial and business goals
• Support the transformation of the finance function and other departments through advanced analytics
• Create and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key financial analytics initiatives
• Own and advance the Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures within Finance
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data used for analysis and reporting
• Act as Finance Lead/owner of financial systems (HFM, Targetik)
• Collaborate with FP&A on the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support financial forecasting and strategic planning
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, finance or accounting
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with relevant financial experience
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modelling techniques
• SAP experience a plus
• Self-starter with strong results orientation
• Collaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Ardagh Metal Packaging anticipates a base annual salary range for this role between $121,800.00 and $182,600.00 per year. This role is bonus eligible.

Schedule

The anticipated schedule for this role is full-time.
