About the role
This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.
Responsibilities
- Create process & policy documentation in accordance with global guidelines and local strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer-centric process design and execution, aligning with broader supply chain and commercial goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert in customer excellence & logistics, providing strategic input during system enhancements or business transformations
- Create and conduct training material for all key business processes for the Customer Excellence and Logistics organization
- Conduct process reviews to identify and help implement continuous improvement exercises. Act as part of the local project council to help establish appropriate priority levels to work within a set of constraints and approach each project from a position of leadership and be an example in continuous improvement
- Develop and improve process documentation to be used implementing surplus reporting functions within our shared service center
- Integrate several reporting tools (SAP and external tools) into comprehensive dashboard reports for management attention and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 or more years related supply chain experience, preferably in a consumer products or manufacturing organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Project management, six sigma, or other related skills
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics in a consumer products or related industry preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Highly motivated; enthusiastic, energetic, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and strong customer focus skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across functional areas
Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics in a consumer products or related industry preferred
- Project management, six sigma, or other related skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $ 124,000.00 and $ 165,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
