Sr. Logistics Manager

About the role

The Sr. Logistics Manager will oversee all aspects of supply chain logistics, including shipping, inventory management, and transportation. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, meeting customer demands, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain logistics process, from inbound to outbound shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to shipping and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
