Sr Manager, Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for property and casualty insurance products
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Conduct talent management functions including performance evaluations and staff development

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in a bank or financial institution preferred

• $112,792 – $203,776 annually
