We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Flagstar is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets/Disabled We are committed to providing clear and accurate compensation information in accordance with applicable laws. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment. Flagstar provides teammates access to a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program. Please click the following link for detailed information: Benefits | Flagstar Bank Pay Range $112,791.75 - $203,776.00 We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove "Flagstar is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets/Disabled" and maybe the line about "We are committed to providing clear and accurate compensation information..."? That is about compensation but not boilerplate? It's about compensation info; but it's generic. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The line about compensation info may be considered generic but it's part of Pay section? Actually we have Pay Range given later. The line about "Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience..." is generic but maybe we keep as part of Pay? However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". The line about actual starting base pay determined based on location, experience... is somewhat generic but not placeholder; it's a statement. Might be okay to keep under Pay section? But we already have explicit Pay Range. The generic statement could be considered filler; but it's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a statement about determination. Might be okay to keep but we could drop it to keep concise. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The compensation statement is not exactly those categories. It's not EEO. It's about compensation determination; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to keep? However we have a Pay Range explicit; we could include Pay section with that range and maybe a short note about variable incentives etc. The posting also mentions "Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment." That's substantive. Also benefits: "Flagstar provides teammates access to a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program." plus link. So we can include Benefits section with that. We need sections: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (Job Competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (none). No schedule info given, so omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

About the role

then

Job Summary text.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

then
  • each bullet. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each responsibility as separate list items, preserving the text exactly (maybe trimmed). Ensure we don't duplicate. Let's list responsibilities from the posting: - Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the insurance product line, specifically property and casualty (personal, commercial and specialty products). Sets annual sales targets, monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals. - Sales Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop high performing sales teams. Establish robust sales processes and pipeline management systems, and performance metrics. - Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the bank’s client base. Drive estate planning revenue growth by cross-selling related financial services. Represent the bank at industry conferences and networking events - Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure sales activities comply with Compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and company policies. Collaborate with legal, compliance and risk teams to manage sales-related regulatory matters. Monitor industry changes and update strategies accordingly. - Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions. - Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the sale of insurance products to wealthy clients. - Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements. - Additional Accountabilities Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. - Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. - Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Note some duplication: "Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions." appears also later in competencies; but we keep as responsibility. Now Requirements: Required Qualifications: Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Minimum experience required: 8+ Years Strong leadership and client relationship skills. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a bank or financial institution is highly preferred. We could combine into Requirements section with sub-bullets? But we must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We could have

      Requirements

      then
      • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
      • 8+ years of experience
      • Strong leadership and client relationship skills
      • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
      • Preferred: Experience in a bank or financial institution
But we must preserve all substantive info; not lose nuance. The phrase "Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)" we can keep as "Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)". "Minimum experience required: 8+ Years" -> "8+ years of experience". Good. Now Skills (Job Competencies): list each competency. From posting: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively - In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies. - Proficiency in portfolio management and asset allocation. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. - Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions. - Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to escalation issues - Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements. - Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights. - Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results. - Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience. - Fosters or supports a positive work culture and productive work environment, displaying importance of effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. Note some duplicates with responsibilities (talent management, independent judgement). We'll keep them as separate items; it's okay. Now Benefits: "Flagstar provides teammates access to a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program. Please click the following link for detailed information: Benefits | Flagstar Bank" We should not include the link as maybe it's okay but it's a URL; we can keep as plain text. The instruction: remove application instructions; this is not application instruction. It's a link for benefits info; we can keep. Pay: "Pay Range $112,791.75 - $203,776.00" plus maybe note about variable incentives etc. Also earlier: "Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment." We could include that as part of Pay section. We should not include filler like "commensurate with experience
