Strategic leadership for the Accounts Receivable functionOpportunity to work with Global MNC in the entertainment industry. About Our Client An organisation operating in the leisure sector in Gurgaon. Job Description Leadandmanagetheend-to-endAccountsReceivableprocess,ensuringaccurateandtimelyinvoicing,cashapplication, collections, and account reconciliations. DevelopandexecuteAccountsReceivablestrategiestooptimizecashflow, reduceDaysSalesOutstanding(DSO),and improve working capital performance. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and service excellence. Oversee credit management processes, including customer credit assessments, credit limit reviews, and risk mitigation activities. Ensuretimelyresolutionofbillingdisputes,deductions, andcustomeraccount issuesthrougheffectivecollaboration with Sales and Legal teams. Lead collection activities and escalation processes to minimize overdue balances and bad debt exposure. Managemonth-endandyear-endclosingactivitiesrelatedtoAccountsReceivable,ensuringaccuracyandcompliance with accounting policies Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements Support internal and external audits by ensuring the completeness and accuracy of AR documentation and controls Regular review of receivables from customers and do followups, also escalate cases whenever required The Successful Applicant We're Looking For Someone Who Has A background in finance or accounting.Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial analysis.Confidence working with financial systems and tools.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.The ability to work collaboratively with teams.6-8 years experience post qualification What's on Offer Opportunity to work in a growing organisation in Gurgaon.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
