About the role
The Senior Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus Recruitment plays a crucial role in supporting DLA Piper's recruitment and onboarding efforts for summer and entry-level associates. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this position focuses on identifying top legal talent, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and managing the full life cycle of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Supports the growth of DLA Piper’s summer program by assisting and coordinating all activities related to the full life cycle of a candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters.
- Maintains and provides information and reports regarding recruitment.
- Captures and supports all aspects of the national summer program.
- Oversees and runs the day-to-day operations of a local summer program.
- Develops and maintains relationships with target law schools.
- Strategizes, plans, and executes on-campus events.
- Supports the recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborates with marketing on branding initiatives.
- Availability for overtime and flexibility for travel are expected.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables and other advanced analytics), Vidcruiter, and Workday.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning and working in new recruiting/HR software platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years' experience of campus recruiting or similar environment.
