About the role
The Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter is responsible for attracting and engaging top talent for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. The role acts as an advisor to hiring managers and facilitates an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full life cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles to include sourcing, screening, evaluating, salary recommendations, offer extension and offer letter generation for primarily senior management to senior director-level roles
- Understand portfolio company and Revantage business strategy; translate business strategy into an actionable talent strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
- Deliver best-in-class relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, all internal stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain functional and industry expertise and utilize data to develop customized talent strategies and source top passive talent
- Ensure regular and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates on recruitment status
- Provide supervision to coordinators on specific tasks/projects
- Direct coordinator(s) to schedule interviews, initiate background check and onboarding
- Oversee retained and contingent search firms and temporary sourcing recruiters
- Maintain accurate and current requisition information in applicant tracking system
- Advise hiring managers and interviewers on talent attraction strategy and selection decision
- Assist with executive-level offer letters and background check processing
- Own and manage specific department processes
- Provide support for department initiatives and projects as assigned
- Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to align recruitment strategy with people initiatives
- Ensure adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience in managing multiple recruiting processes simultaneously
- Strong understanding of compensation practices and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Pay
- $80,000 - $120,000 annually
