Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role
This position is responsible for managing and executing programs and processes across the Supply Chain Organization. Responsibilities include managing the job posting process for niche and national job boards; candidate sourcing, phone screening, and video interview scheduling; offer packet creation; and managing candidate documents and records, including pre-employment processes in accordance with OFCCP compliance. The role involves analyzing and reporting on key Talent Acquisition (TA) scorecard and objectives metrics, supporting the growth and enhancement of internal programs, university engagement, and developing local community programs and partnerships to build a local talent pipeline.
Additionally, this position will lead collaboration efforts with HR and other stakeholders across the enterprise, manage cross-functional teams for special projects/events, maintain communication guidelines for internal and external partners, vendors, and candidates, and manage Talent Acquisition communication channels. The role also includes creating SOP documents to drive adoption of more efficient and unified processes and representing Talent Acquisition in cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify recruitment support needs and implement solutions with recruiters and partners on assigned team(s).
- Manage the entire initial candidate process, including job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure compliance with the collection and handling of candidate documents, records, and offer packets.
- Manage and analyze collective reporting of recruiting KPIs.
- Oversee onboarding processes and activities for new hires with HR partners, hiring managers, and other leaders to ensure a well-executed and organized initial candidate experience.
- Develop and implement human resources marketing, recruitment, retention, and public relations programs to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage and drive activities related to partnerships between community involvement and recruiting across all key geographic markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and process coordination support in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Skills and expertise in ATS, CRM, or other HR technologies are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $60,000/year to $70,304/year. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
