Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO or Signal Hill, CA. On-site, Monday–Friday.
About the role
This position manages and executes programs and processes across the Supply Chain Organization. Responsibilities include overseeing the job-posting process for niche and national job boards, candidate sourcing, phone screening, video-interview scheduling, offer-packet creation, and managing candidate documents and records—including pre-employment processes in accordance with OFCCP compliance. The role also involves analyzing and reporting on key Talent Acquisition scorecard metrics, supporting internal program growth, university engagement, and developing local community partnerships to build a talent pipeline. Additionally, the position leads collaboration with HR and other enterprise stakeholders, manages cross-functional teams for special projects, maintains communication guidelines for partners and candidates, and drives adoption of unified processes through SOP documents. The role represents Talent Acquisition in cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify recruitment support needs and implement solutions with recruiters and partners.
- Manage the entire initial candidate process: job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, and pre-employment.
- Ensure compliance with the collection and handling of candidate documents, records, and offer packets.
- Manage and analyze recruiting KPIs through collective reporting.
- Oversee onboarding processes and activities with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to ensure a well-executed candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR marketing, recruitment, retention, and public-relations programs to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Drive activities related to community involvement and recruiting partnerships across key geographic markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and process coordination in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Skills and expertise in ATS, CRM, or other HR technologies are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Superior organization and time-management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of corporate environments.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and project-management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000–$70,304 per year, with adjustments to comply with all state and local minimum-wage laws.
