Key Job Responsibilities
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to successful agreements.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and market strategies for short, mid, and long-term client attraction.
- Achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by management.
- Drive the sales cycle from leads to ongoing account relationships as needed.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within your assigned area.
- Expand sales to existing customers by identifying additional needs and developing appropriate sales strategies to meet their needs.
- Create new leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-up to successfully close the business.
- Monitor customers and competitor activities in the market and report important information to management.
- Manage channel sales partners and identify white spaces to develop new partnerships.
- Continuously improve current knowledge of existing and new products and services.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates Required
- Degree or Diploma in the technical discipline.
- Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in metal cutting products and experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
- Five years of proven track record in business sales or related market.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows / Office environment.
