Sr IT Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems as the primary escalation point for IT Support
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internal applications
• Document support tasks and create repeatable processes for the IT team
• Architect systems, user flows, and solutions as needs arise

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong experience in automation and scripting (Python, Go) for Mac OS environments
• Experience leveraging AI and automation for IT system optimization
• Experience with MDM or RMM tools (Essentials, Workspace ONE, Kandji/Iru, Jamf, Intune)
• Interest or experience with laptop hardware (Mac preferred)
• Familiarity with identity management systems (Okta, Onelogin, Entra)
