10+ years of experience in IT Project Management leading enterprise technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Asana implementation projects from planning through post-production support.
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Drive successful implementation of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or work management platforms.
- Collaborate with IT PMO leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
- Develop project plans, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Cook up user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and production readiness activities.
- Lead go-live execution, hypercare, and stabilization to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy project and portfolio management tools into Asana or other PPM platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and seamless migration throughout the implementation process.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to deliver projects successfully.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms to track project execution and reporting.
