Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource needs while managing financial aspects effectively.
- Identify and address project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate communication between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic alignment.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Enhance project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in IT project management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects with budgets over $1M.
- Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Skills
