Responsibilities
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with interdependencies
- Mentor project managers and coordinators
- Create project schedules and secure resources from leads
- Identify and resolve project delays and resourcing issues
- Accountable for project completion within the schedule baseline
- Create risk management plans and strategies
- Evaluate change requests and make recommendations
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle
- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
- Effective at influencing and leading without direct authority
- Ability to operate at a senior level and drive complex decisions
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience with Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies for project management
