As the IT Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our corporate strategic and large transformational projects to ensure it meets committed cost, timelines, and quality standards. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team and lead the transformation of project management practices for Pike. This role is a great fit for someone who excels in managing complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and embraces Agile principles, including Scrum. You will report to the IT Director PMO. This job is on-site in Fort Mill, SC. Essential Functions:Implementation and Integration:Lead the implementation of Oracle/Microsoft projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the solution meets business needsCoordinate with Oracle and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of servicesProject Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocationManage project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver projects within budget.Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycleJira Administration, Team Leadership and Collaboration:Administer, configure, and optimize Jira Cloud to support project, workflow, permission, and automation needs across technology teamsAssemble and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to team membersFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environmentCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior managementRisk Management:Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risksDevelop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuityQuality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with business requirementsConduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives and standardsChange Management:Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Field ServicesProvide training and support to end-users to ensure successful system utilizationVendor Management:Identify and engage with third-party vendors and suppliers to support program and project needsNegotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of goods and servicesStakeholder CommunicationBe the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communicationDevelop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engagedMinimum Requirements:Regular attendance is requiredBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of IT processes and tools as it pertains to project management, financial management and resource planning10+ years in IT program management, including leadership roles with a focus on agile deliveryStrong financial acumen with a successful track record in budget managementAbility to design and execute strategic IT support initiatives in alignment with business objectivesProficiency in vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processesFamiliarity with the field service business and process/tools to facilitate running a crew based field services businessRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) or technical certifications are advantageous.Other Sills:Experience with Oracle cloud products including Field services, Fusion HCM, Fusion ERP and CX cloudExperience with Microsoft products including Dyamics 360, Azure EDW and Power appsMaster's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field8+ years of experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization8+ years of experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets8+ years of IT experience developing and implementing systems within an organization8+ years of experience managing systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutionsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
