About the role

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City. This role requires someone who can bring significant value to our manufacturing leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with plant leadership, helping them think bigger about their people, coach harder on performance, and navigate the complexities of running a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
  • Be the trusted advisor and partner, making critical calls and providing strategic guidance to ensure the success of our operations.
  • Build the workforce that builds the equipment, from sourcing and onboarding to apprenticeships, upskilling, and succession planning.
  • Champion a culture that employees are proud of, ensuring engagement, recognition, and the everyday moments that make people want to stay.
  • Turn data into decisions, translating turnover trends, safety signals, engagement scores, and other metrics into clear, actionable insights that help leaders run smarter.
  • Keep us strong on the fundamentals, ensuring compliance, leave programs, ADA, FMLA, workers' compensation, attendance, and the HR operational backbone that supports everything else.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in manufacturing, energy, distribution, or other operationally intense environments.
  • Real fluency in employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • An analytical mind and a coach's heart, capable of handling tough conversations and investigations with judgment, fairness, and care.
  • Experience supporting hourly/skilled trades workforces and frontline leaders.
  • Comfort with AI, workforce analytics, and modern HR technology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving positive change and improving organizational performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
