About the role
A high-level strategic partner responsible for leading assigned team members and shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives. Advises all levels of leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives while overseeing high-risk employee relations and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the point of contact for assigned HR team members, fostering professional growth and development and encouraging continuous learning.
- Leads the development and implementation of HR strategies, change management initiatives, and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Provides strategic guidance to all levels of leadership related to engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, and other key initiatives.
- Partners with the network HR director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the network.
- Oversees and guides complex employee relations cases, including investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes aligned with legal requirements, policies and procedures, and values.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks through collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Required: Requires Eight+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Internal candidates with less experience may be considered based on demonstrated performance, leadership potential, and alignment with role expectations, subject to review and approval by the Network HR Director and CHRO.
- Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges.
- Licenses/Certifications: Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification: Preferred

Benefits
- The estimated base pay for this position is $126,080 to $189,121.
