About the role
The Senior HR Generalist serves as a key onsite human resources partner supporting a workforce of approximately 120–130 employees. This hands-on, tactical role is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR support across employee relations, payroll coordination, recruiting support, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a complex and fast-paced employee population.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders, providing daily support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate and administer weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Support disciplinary actions, documentation, and compliance, ensuring proper filing and recordkeeping.
- Assist with recruiting activities, onboarding coordination, badge creation, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits and partner with centralized benefits teams as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
- Support a diverse and complex workforce in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience.

Preferences
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting an hourly or operational workforce.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with standard business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Schedule
Fully onsite role based in Enon, OH or Burbank, CA. No regular travel required.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,000 – $95,000. The pay range considers a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, and geographic location.
