Sr HR Generalist

You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization. Reporting directly to our Director of HR, you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location and foster a positive workplace culture while enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting talent management initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Manufacturing HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status).
