Working closely with the VP of Human Resources, you will serve as a frontline contact for full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support. The Sr. HR Generalist will provide full-spectrum HR support to the organization. This in-office, onsite role will work towards building and promoting an environment characterized by fairness, consistency, open communication, productive working relationships, and an overall positive employee experience. The role will support hiring managers by sourcing talent to add to the organization and managing the processes for recruiting, hiring and onboarding. This individual will often be a first point of contact for recruiting needs, policy and procedure guidance, employee leaves of absence, performance matters, manager support, and general employee inquiries.
