About the role
Baker Tilly's Managed Services is seeking a Sr HR Consultant to join the Human Resource Services team. This role involves providing professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
- Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
- Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system
- Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries/requests through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
- Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies required
- Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation
- Proficiency using ADP WorkForce Now / ADP Run
- Previous experience preparing and processing payroll
- Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
- Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
- HRCI / SHRM certification
Pay
The pay rate range for this job position is $49,500 to $118,990. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.
