About the role
Enhance organizational efficiency and support business growth through strategic human resources management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and talent management tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
