About the role

Enhance organizational efficiency and support business growth through strategic human resources management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and talent management tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
