About the role

The Senior Hospitality Director is responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs for a leading Payment Services brand. The position is based in Stamford, CT, with flexibility for a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days per week in the office), and is open to candidates with experience in motorsports, golf, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments, and agency partners
  • Oversee Americas Hospitality Programming for sponsorships across Canada, US, and LATAM
  • Oversee Americas Hospitality Programming for Motorsports, Golf, and Entertainment properties
  • Collaborate with the Americas team to manage the multiple properties' team relationships
  • Manage an Americas-based team to plan and execute high-profile B2C/B2B events
  • Integrate client's products and services into sponsorship programs
  • Oversee B2B programming and Executive onsite management
  • Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
  • Develop sales decks and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical

Requirements

  • Strong and advanced skill set in the Executive/B2B hosting hospitality space
  • Experience leading and hosting in Motorsports, Golf, and Entertainment
  • Customer-centric mindset with social savvy across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Experience working internationally or as part of a global team
  • Experience working at major events such as Formula 1, Olympics, FIFA World Cup

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience managing VIP and executive groups
  • Leadership presence with the ability to communicate concisely, persuasively, and effectively
  • History of building positive relationships, both internally and externally
  • Proactive, critical thinker with the ability to handle deadlines and coordinate key timelines
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of excellence across the team
  • Ability to forecast and mitigate issues/challenges effectively
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Skills

  • Spanish speaker required
  • Portuguese a plus
