Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training required.
• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Professional support provided by K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC.
• Annual salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 with potential bonuses.
