Responsibilities
- Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate situations and complete minor repairs.
- Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
- Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate scheduling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
