Homeowner Service Manager

About the role

K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. As a critical company representative, you will work directly with homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally, using your knowledge and skills to evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner service requests promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate situations to determine needed actions.
• Complete minor repairs.
• Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Computer proficiency or capacity to learn scheduling tools efficiently.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (a plus).
