House Services Manager

About the role

The Soteria House Services Manager oversees a hospitalization prevention residence for individuals experiencing early psychosis or extreme states, operating as a Therapeutic Community Residence (TCR).

Responsibilities

• Exercise systems-level leadership
• Ensure high-quality services
• Manage internal systems such as staffing, policies, medication oversight, house maintenance, and adherence to regulations
• Provide direct peer support
• Strategic coordination
• Oversee psychiatric and medical services in partnership with healthcare providers
• Incident management
• Participate in community and regulatory meetings
• Supervisory duties: manage 2-3 team members, coordinate cross-shift work, maintain training systems and staffing calendars

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or relevant experience
• Leadership or management background
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of mental health approaches preferred
• Physical demands: computer use, mobility, exposure to environmental conditions, working in a dynamic residential setting

Pay

Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $68,000 annually.
