About the role
FNBO is seeking an experienced Sr Analyst, System Support to join our team. This role involves being a system expert of the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, handling escalated production issues, and coordinating with IT and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Support the performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System.
- Perform escalation support and issue resolution through research across multiple systems and data.
- Work closely with business and operations teams regarding system enhancements.
- Manage and provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development.
- Coordinate, track, and respond to data needs and requests from across Operations and our partners.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using the tools assigned.

- Enhance end users’ knowledge, understanding, and competency with the loan servicing system.
- Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities that meet and support end user needs.
- Participate in training sessions as an advisor with regard to use of new/enhanced systems.
- Coach and mentor teammates with a focus on developing the capabilities of the team.
- Aim to increase the likelihood that projects or initiatives deliver the intended results and outcomes.
- Contribute or lead project team meetings and assists team members in critical decision making and planning; assists in execution, control, and closure of projects; meet regularly with project manager(s).
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of Lending
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge for assigned applications through training and experience
- Knowledge of compliance with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program
